Shipping policy

1 – Shipping and Delivery of Products

1.1 The information contained in this section forms an integral and essential part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and is deemed to be fully known and accepted by the Buyer at the time of submission of the order form.The Seller ships to Italy, Vatican City, San Marino, and the European Union, using trusted courier services.

Shipping costs:

  • Italy, Vatican City, and San Marino:
    • Free for orders over €180.00
    • €7.00 for orders under €180.00
  • EU countries: €10.00

For in-store pickup orders, no shipping fees apply.

1.2 - Goods are prepared and delivered within 48–72 hours from the shipping date for orders destined for Italy, Vatican City, and San Marino. For EU countries, delivery times range from 3 to 5 working days from the shipping date.Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m., as well as those received on Saturday or Sunday, will be handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are purely indicative and, although generally respected, cannot be guaranteed as they depend on external factors beyond the Seller’s control and responsibility.

1.3 – Deliveries are made on working days to the address provided at the time of ordering. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier may attempt one or more delivery attempts or provide instructions for rescheduling. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to the sender.

1.4 – At the time of shipment, the Seller or the courier will provide a tracking number allowing the User to monitor the delivery status via the courier’s website. Upon delivery, the integrity of the package or parcel may be checked. Any damage must be reported by means of a written and justified reservation (e.g. “damaged packaging” or “torn parcel”). Only in the presence of such reservation may a refund procedure be initiated.

1.5 - In the event that goods are not received within the timeframe indicated in the shipping confirmation emails, the Buyer may contact the Seller’s Customer Service at the email address provided on www.negoziboschini.it.

1.6 - The delivery address used is the one provided at the time of order confirmation. The Buyer is responsible for verifying that the address is complete and correct in all its parts, in order to avoid delivery issues. It is also recommended to provide a telephone number to allow the courier to contact the Buyer in case of delivery problems.
